Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters® opened a 5,700sf coffee roasting laboratory in June 2023 in Crystal Lake.
A new Probat 25kg roaster centers the lab, which also includes a tasting and training center, offices and conference room, catering logistics center and production kitchen.
