Bean Origins

Gilmer Cordova Mejia runs the 7-hectare Finca Ecológica Agua Colorada in Huabal, Jaén — a farm his family has grown coffee on since 1990. A young, innovative producer, he picks only ripe cherries by hand, shade-grows under wild canopy, and fertilizes with compost and guano, never herbicides. That care shows in this delicate, aromatic washed Gesha.
