Mexico is the coffee we reach for when we want something easy to like without being simple. This is a washed lot, roasted on the gentler side so the sweetness and the soft, rounded body stay in front.
It is an approachable everyday cup. Good black, good with milk, and forgiving whether you brew it by hand or by the pot.
