Ecuador, Fabian Lomas La Perla Sidra

Fabian Lomas grows this coffee on Finca La Perla, a small farm in Nanegal, in the Pichincha Province of Ecuador, north of Quito. The lot is the Sidra variety, which is a high-quality, sweet and vibrant varietal grown at higher elevations. This coffee is washed, and was imported by Cafe Imports as Microlot 28. Three bags came to the roastery, so this is a short release.

Tasting notes: honey, raspberry, red apple, dried cherry, and dark chocolate.
