Colombia does a lot of things well, and this lot is our reminder of why it stays on the shelf. Excelso EP, washed, cleanly milled and roasted to hold its sweetness rather than push past it.
Expect cocoa and toasted pecan in the body, with a lift of lemon and soft berry that shows up as the cup cools. It is comfortable enough for a full pot on a Tuesday morning and interesting enough to sit with.
