As home to our Crystal Lake Roasters Lab, this is where it all starte! Our Crystal Lake café sits is home to our original roaster. We spent our first fifteen years roasting coffee right in the front window of our flagship cafe and you can taste the difference. Even though we've moved our roaster and expanded our production, we still serve the full lineup of Conscious Cup blends, including award-winning favorites like Yeti's Revenge and Brothers Espresso, alongside rotating single origins and seasonal specials.
