This event has been fully booked. We have another free event at the Roasting Lab on March 30, 2026. This will be an open house event, check it out on our event page!
Something Special Is Brewing
We’ve spent years sourcing, roasting, and serving coffee we believe in—coffee that tells a story from seed to cup. Every few months we open the doors to our Roasting Works and inviting you behind the scenes to experience specialty coffee production firsthand.
On Saturday, April 25, we’re inviting you to a free, guided coffee tour and cupping where you’ll walk through our roasting facility, learn how raw green beans transform into the coffee in your cup, and taste a curated flight of our single-origin and blend offerings side by side—the way professionals do it.
What Is a Cupping, Exactly?
Cupping is the industry-standard method for evaluating coffee. It’s how roasters, buyers, and quality experts taste and compare coffees from around the world.
During the cupping, you’ll learn to identify aroma, acidity, body, and sweetness across several coffees. You’ll discover why a naturally processed Ethiopian tastes wildly different from a washed Colombian, and how roast profile shapes everything you experience in the cup. It’s a sensory adventure, and it will change the way you think about your morning brew.
Two Sessions — Pick the One That Works for You
We’re offering two identical sessions to keep the group sizes intimate and the experience personal. Each session is limited to 20 guests, so once spots are filled, they’re gone.
