Return Policy for Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters

 

At Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters, we take pride in providing high-quality coffee products and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

  • Unopened coffee products can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Coffee brewing equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Returns must be in original packaging with all included accessories

Condition Requirements

  • Coffee products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
  • Equipment must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact
  • Items must be free from damage not caused by shipping

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@consciouscup.com to initiate your return
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your email
  3. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions
  4. Package your items securely using original packaging when possible
  5. Attach the provided return shipping label
  6. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Refund Information

  • Full refund of purchase price will be issued to original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are covered by Conscious Cup Coffee Roasters

Exceptions

  • Opened or used coffee products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
  • Personalized or custom-roasted items are non-returnable
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned
  • Damaged items due to shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Gift Returns

  • Gift returns will be issued as store credit at the current product value
  • Gift returns do not require original receipt if order number is provided
  • Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive defective merchandise or are unsatisfied with the quality of our coffee, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will make it right.
